Overview
Datorus is committed to operating network infrastructure that customers, target sites, and the wider public can trust. This statement summarises the sourcing practices we follow and the obligations we place on our suppliers.
Network sourcing
Datorus sources network capacity from data-centre and carrier providers that operate under commercial terms. We do not deploy capacity that depends on uninformed end users, on resold consumer connectivity without disclosure, or on devices acquired without the operator's knowledge.
Supplier expectations
Every supplier is expected to comply with applicable laws, to honour the terms of their own upstream providers, and to make accurate representations about the nature of the capacity they sell to Datorus. We review supplier compliance periodically and update the network when material concerns are identified.
End-user consent
Where capacity originates from infrastructure that touches end-user devices, our suppliers are contractually required to disclose this use to the operator and obtain meaningful consent. Datorus declines capacity that is unable to evidence this requirement.
Review and audit
Datorus maintains an internal review cadence covering supplier documentation, abuse reports, and operational telemetry. We retain the right to remove capacity from the network at any time if a sourcing concern is substantiated.
Changes to this statement
We may update this statement as our sourcing practices evolve. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and announced through customer channels.
