Pricing questions teams ask first
Can I get a refund?
Yes — request a refund of any unused balance within 14 days of the top-up. Email support@datorus.com with your account email and we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Will my balance auto-renew?
No. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Top up once, run until your balance is exhausted, then top up again only when you choose.
Does my balance expire?
No expiry. Top-up balance stays on your Datorus account until you spend it. There is no monthly minimum and no inactivity sweep.
How are the four per-GB rates calculated?
Each tier divides the top-up amount by the bandwidth it covers: $10/3.6 GB = $2.80/GB at Starter, $50/20 GB = $2.50/GB at Growth, $200/111 GB = $1.80/GB at Scale, $700/500 GB = $1.40/GB at Volume. The higher tiers absorb more of our wholesale cost, so we pass the saving to you.
What happens to my balance after a top-up?
Balance is added to your account immediately and stays available indefinitely. Each request consumes a small amount based on the bytes returned, and the effective per-GB rate is the one for your current tier.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@datorus.com from the address on your account. Include the top-up date and amount; we will confirm the unused balance and refund it to the original payment method within five business days.
How is balance consumed per request?
We meter actual bandwidth — the bytes the residential pool returns to your client — and deduct it from your balance at your current tier's per-GB rate. No per-request fee, no minimum charge per request.
